My identity in life is a "joy smuggler". I’ve always believed that how you do anything is how you do everything; whether it’s coaching a client, raising kids, or deciding what to say on a sales call. For me, sales isn’t about chasing or convincing & shouldn't suck the joy out of you. I did that for years. & I hated how it made me feel.
